First let’s talk about what a Tippy is since it appears in many places.
Tippy Definition
A Tippy can be thought of as anything occurring during a specific time range and place (geographic boundary). Tippy are represented visually with a graphic icon indicating the type of Tippy. You will see Tippys on the map of the location you are in. This example shows the Tippys occuring in San Francisco around 7:30 PM on June 6th, 2014.
